LBT Technologies Inc. Policy




Payment Terms:  All prices are in U.S. funds.  LBT Technologies standard payment terms are MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, or prepayment by cashier check or wire transfer.  All prices are exclusive of any sales tax.   All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery: 
All sales are shipped prepaid  from the point of shipment unless specific instructions from buyer to pay for expedited shipment.   

LBT Technologies will ship by the
method it deems most advantageous. All shipments will normally be made by common carrier (UPS).  Delivery dates are approximate and subject to delay due to events beyond the reasonable control of  LBT Technologies.com.

Special Orders: 
All sales are final on special order items to include custom cabinet finishes. Please contact LBT Technologies for more information.

LBT Technologies has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee to the original buyer.  If our customer is not completely satisfied with products which are manufactured by LBT Technologies.  All cost excluding the return shipping will be refunded.  This policy does not apply to custom orders.  Please see the RMA procedure below for returns.  LBT Technologies must be notified within seven days of receipt of product.  Returned merchandise must be insured for the actual value.

Defective Merchandise: 
Contact  LBT  Technologies immediately upon discovering merchandise defect to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).   All products not directly manufactured or sub contracted by LBT Technologies are covered under the equipment manufacturer and the buyer must use the warranty procedures included with the product.  

The buyer must provide the items listed below when requesting an RMA.
                                   
                                    1.    Company name or purchaser
                                    2.    Invoice or order number
                                    3.    Date of shipment
                                    4.    Model number of the product
                                    5.    Specific product serial number
                                    6.    Overview of the problem

Cancellations, Returns (Non-Defective) and Upgrade
Orders may be cancelled no later than one business day prior to shipment.  No returns for credit/refund will be accepted.  Upon approval by LBT Technologies, merchandise may be returned within 7 days after purchase for upgrade to merchandise of equal or greater value.  In the event that LBT Technologies authorizes return of merchandise, the merchandise must be returned in resaleable condition; including, but not limited to: original packaging and packing materials, all cords, cables, accessories, cartons and documentation, registration and warranty materials.  LBT Technologies has the sole discretion to specify these and other conditions for the return of merchandise.  Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from LBT Technologies and is valid for a period of 10 business days.   Display the RMA number on the shipping label. Merchandise returned without an RMA on the shipping label will be refused.  Merchandise is to be returned freight prepaid and insured for the purchase price.

Checks and Delinquent Accounts: 
A $25 returned check fee will be charged for any checks returned due to insufficient funds and future shipments will only be sent prepaid by Cashier’s Check.  All collection costs, including attorney’s fees and court costs, will be charged to the Buyer in the event that it is necessary to take legal action to collect and no further orders will be shipped until restitution has been made.

Enforcement: 
Failure by LBT Technologies to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions above does not constitute a waiver of any portion of the Terms and Conditions
